First Class delivery can be expected the next working day if ordered before 3pm (except Sundays and holidays).

 

Can I track my order?

You will receive the status of your order through email once the order has been placed. This allows  tracking from placement of order to delivery for the customer.

Delivery fees

Standard delivery for all products on our website takes approximately 3-4 working days. This costs £2.99

Extra shipping fee is taken for First Class delivery. First Class delivery can be expected the next working day if ordered by 3pm (except Sundays and holidays). This costs £4.99.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 10-day return policy. Beyond that time period we are unable to make changes.

When returning the product please include  your tracking number, full name and reason of return. Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

Our returns team will contact you via email to confirm your refund, once the return has been processed.

 

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, bag and card.

The products must be returned in a new, re-sellable condition. If the products are altered or damaged with scratches or any breakage, the return will not be applicable with such conditions.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process your order by our returns team. The refund will be made to the card you paid with.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our Website Return and Exchange policy.
